– Wills & Estate Planning Solicitor
I joined the Wills and Estate Planning Department in November 2017, having qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and previously working in the Hampshire and Surrey area. I previously worked in other local firms advising in multiple practice areas including conveyancing, litigation and family law. I completed my STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates in 2015 and am an Associate member of the Society for Trusts and Estates Practitioners.
- 2:1 in Law from Bristol UWE
- The Legal Practice Course in Guildford in 2009
- Admitted as a Solicitor in November 2011
- Society of Trusts and Estates (STEP) Trusts & Estates Diploma in 2014
My areas of work include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates (also known as Probate) and applications to the Court of Protection.
I thoroughly enjoy meeting new and existing clients to help them with resolve their legal issues and to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. I aim to provide my advice in a simple and clear manner, taking into account your personal circumstances. I am available for appointments both during usual office hours and out of hours and can travel to you at home, a nursing home or hospital should this be required.
In my spare time I enjoy playing netball or watersports (wakeboarding and surfing) and spending time with my friends and family.
