Latest Employment Tribunal statistics show increasing numbers of claims
The latest employment tribunal quarterly statistics published in June for the first quarter of 2018 have been published by the Ministry of Justice and confirm the trend for an increase in the number of employment tribunal claims brought by individuals after employment tribunal fees were abolished in has published the or the period January to March 2018, showing the continuing trend for increasing numbers of single employment claims following the abolition of employment tribunal fees in July 2017. The number of single claims increased by 118% when compared with the same period in 2017.
