When you’re thinking about when’s best to sell your house you should also consider what’s going on at the time outside. 

There are a number things which could sabotage your home’s sale, that you might never have before considered. 

Expert property advice site, TheAdvisory.co.uk, says when selling your house, you should be aware of any major works that your local council may have granted planning permission for. 

This can include new roads, major construction projects, a block of flats about to be built next door or a planned mobile phone mast that may ruin the view from your kitchen.
