There are many disputes over the Wills of the rich and famous. Sadly, there is an increasing number of disputes over the Wills or lack of Will for the good public too.

In my first few years in practice these cases were rare. Twenty years later and these kind of cases have become the norm for Wills and Probate Specialists. I cannot urge people enough to take care with their Wills. Please seek independent, professional and expert legal advice. And dare I say, up to date advice. So much has changed in this area of law in recent years, especially when it comes to inheritance tax and estate planning.

We offer a complimentary meeting here at Clarke and Son to discuss your estate and to listen sympathetically to what is important to you. If you don’t understand your existing Will; if you are not sure what you should be doing to protect your family and loved ones; if you feel slightly embarrassed you haven’t covered everything; please look no further and do not delay.

If you would like some advice regarding your Wills please call me or any other member of our Wills and Estate Planning Department on 01256 32055 or email: mail@clarkeandson.co.uk.
