As part of the modernising of our business, we are pleased to announce that as of 1st May 2021 the legal services we offer will be provided through a limited company known as Clarke & Son Solicitors Limited.
We have seen the firm change over the years and we believe we have a dynamic and forward thinking team in place. We see incorporating into a limited company as a more modern approach and with our current team, we are sure this is the right structure to enable us to drive the firm forward into this exciting chapter.
As well as this fundamental change to the business structure we have some positive news about internal changes. We are delighted to announce that Lorraine Crockwell has been promoted to Practice Manager for the firm. Lorraine is tremendously popular and does a great job for the firm having been with us since 1996.
We are also pleased to announce that Darren Lovegrove has been promoted to Marketing & Business Development Director. Darren joined the firm in 2015 and oversaw our rebrand and has been committed to raising the profile of the firm. Evidence of this success culminated in the firm winning an Inspire Award for Business in the Community.
The owners and managers of the business remain the same and all the same solicitors and staff continue to work from our offices on Winchester Road, therefore from a business perspective the changes will be seamless with zero disruption.
We want to take this opportunity to thank all of our clients and contacts for their continued support. With the pandemic there is naturally a lot of uncertainty around at the current time, however we are looking forward to a positive year ahead.
