I am an Associate & Head of Clarke & Son’s Residential Property Department. I have specialised in residential property since 1997 and deal with all aspects of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and equity release mortgages. I am also able to advise you in connection with Declarations of Trust, Transfers of Equity, equity release and new builds. I understand that buying or selling property can be a stressful time and work to make purchases or sales go as smoothly as possible. To this end, I aim to provide excellent service to every client, and be there to assist with realistic and practical advice on any queries arising during their matters
Having practiced for over 23 years, I have built good relationships with agents and clients in the Hampshire/Berkshire region. I have been pleased to act for returning clients on many occasions and then delighted to act for the children of clients, as they have grown up and purchased their own properties.
- I qualified as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2005 and as a CILEX Lawyer in 2023.
- I have a Theology degree from Westminster College, Oxford (BTh. (Hons)(Oxon)) and then did the CILEX course.
- I have been working in conveyancing since 1997.
When not working most of my time is taken up with my two children.
